Cold Conditioning

Today’s post is a quick one. I was digging through some old photos, and found a few pictures of a blonde ale I brewed last year.

The above photo is the blonde ale after 2 weeks in the keg. I had already fined it with gelatin. Here is the same blonde ale after 5 weeks in the keg:4 weeksWorld of difference! Give your beers time to cold-condition if you really want them to sparkle.
